Webster Technical Services was established in 1998 and have four City & Guilds fully-qualified technical engineers as well as two in administration, with many years of experience between us. We were originally based in Waterloo Road, Norwich but we soon outgrew the premises and moved in 2000 to our current premises at Clancy Road.

We have seen many new technologies arrive over the years including DVD, Flat screen TVs and Blu-ray but always keep up to date with these by attending regular manufacturers training courses, as well as investing in the relevant specialised test equipment.

We specialise in the domestic electronic equipment repairs including all types of TV, all types of sound systems and home cinemas, computers and laptops, DVD players, VCRs and microwave ovens. We have also recently added car key fobs and DJ equipment as well. We have an industry-standard service management system in place for instant access of customer records going back over 14 years.
